Job Title: Front Office Admin Job Summary: The Front Office Admin will be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors to the interior design company. They will be responsible for managing the reception area, answering calls and emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and have a good understanding of office procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, vendors, and visitors to the company\'s premises
Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel
Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain records and filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Assist with administrative tasks as required, such as preparing documents and reports
Coordinate with other departments within the company as required
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a front office admin role preferred
Proficient in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
