This role entails managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Responsible for day-to-day receptionist duties, including welcoming and greeting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls and emails, and handling customer service inquiries. Assist with visitor sign-in through Visitor Management System, issue visitor badges, and notify appropriate staff of guest arrivals. Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate and supervise administrative staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process invoices and purchase requests as per company policies.
Executive Support:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage conference room schedules.
Travel Arrangements:
  • Assist in making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Event Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.
  • Provide logistical support for events held on-site.
Record Keeping/ Data Management:
  • Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in the front office and administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Pleasant and professional behavior with strong customer service skills

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Note: Looking for a candidate who ca n join us immediately/ within 30 days. This position requires you to work in the office 5 days a week (Mon- Fri , 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM).
