Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for technically skilled and hands-on Front Line Technical Staff to support our production operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine operation, quality control, or maintenance in a manufacturing environment and be able to follow SOPs and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of electrodes (or relevant products). Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards. Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of machines. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to supervisors. Maintain proper documentation of production data, quality checks, and downtime. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines. Support the shift in achieving daily production targets. Assist in raw material handling and loading/unloading as needed. Participate in training programs to upgrade skills and knowledge. Work collaboratively with quality, maintenance, and production teams.
Qualifications & Skills:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant trade (or equivalent work experience). 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup (freshers with technical background may also apply). Ability to read technical drawings or follow work instructions. Knowledge of basic tools, machines, and safety standards. Physically fit and comfortable working in shifts and factory environment. Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
