Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and product guidance to customers regarding lubricant applications. Conduct on-site inspections, machinery analysis, and performance evaluations to recommend suitable lubricants. Offer troubleshooting support for mechanical issues related to lubrication systems. Educate customers on product usage, safety protocols, and maintenance schedules. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product demonstrations and training sessions. Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and feedback logs. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical concerns. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to provide informed solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field. Prior experience in technical support or maintenance, preferably in lubrication, automotive, or machinery sectors. Good knowledge of lubrication principles, mechanical components, and maintenance practices. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a field service team. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with industrial equipment, hydraulic systems, and engines. Experience working with B2B customers. Training or certification in lubrication technology is desirable.
