Summary:

The Frontline Technical Staff will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring smooth functioning of equipment, systems, or services. The role requires direct interaction with clients/end-users to resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment/machinery/systems. Provide frontline technical support to clients and resolve issues within defined timelines. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or the technical manager when required. Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs, and maintenance activities. Train and guide users/customers on the correct usage of products or equipment. Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards while performing tasks. Support in testing, commissioning, and field service activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / Equivalent qualification in [relevant field - Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer, etc.]. Prior experience in a technical support or field service role preferred (fresher with strong technical knowledge can also apply). Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Basic knowledge of safety protocols and operational standards. Willingness to work in shifts, travel, or be on-call as per requirement.
