Strong web development experience: we expect that you know XHTML, CSS and Javascript well. You should be well aware about W3C standards while developing the front end code.r r - Should be able to translate code from Photoshop or illustrator file efficiently without a fail. We believe in providing a mirror copy of Art files to our customers during markupr r - Proficient and hands on experience with responsive web sites. We prefer to develop website without using Bootstrap.r r - Should have a hands-on experience of writing front end codes using Sublime (No Dream-Viewer)r r - You care about writing semantic well formed code and paying attention to standards and good practicesr r - Experience using version control software, Git or BitBucket is a plus.r r - We take quality seriously and you should expect to be involved in well written code bases following industry standards and good software development practices.r r - Should have a better experience of developing sites SEO-Friendly. Making a website SEO friendly means the search engines can crawl each page on the website efficiently, interpret the content effectively, and index it in their database.r r - Being comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentr r - Good organization and attention-to-detailr r - 2+ years experience building responsive web pagesr r - Fluency in spoken and written English
