: Front End Designer

Front-end web designers will be responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool. Below mentioned are the indicative responsibilities and required skill sets, which may change as per the requirement of client -

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xa7 Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups.

\xc2\xa7 Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy

\xc2\xa7 Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.

\xc2\xa7 Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

\xc2\xa7 Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).

\xc2\xa7 Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams

Required Skills:

\xc2\xa7 Education - Minimum BE/ B. tech/BCA/BFA/B. Arch/B. Design/PG diploma in Web Design

\xc2\xa7 7+ years of experience as a designer (UI UX)

\xc2\xa7 Experience as a UI/UX Designer creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.

\xc2\xa7 Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)

\xc2\xa7 Hands on with UI UX and good experience in front end designing

\xc2\xa7 Proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma/Sketch/ InVision etc

\xc2\xa7 Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills

\xc2\xa7 Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics

\xc2\xa7 Experience in developing interactive UI designs for Android, iOS, Desktop etc

\xc2\xa7 Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions

\xc2\xa7 Experience in working on E-Governance projects/ CCTNS application will be preferable

Experience in working with Police/Law enforcement agencies will be preferable
