Key Responsibilities

Visitor Management:

Greet, welcome, and direct visitors; maintain visitor logs; issue badges.

Communication:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages; respond to emails/inquiries.

Scheduling:

Manage calendars, book appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.

Administrative Support:

Handle incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries; data entry; filing; photocopying; preparing documents.

Office Upkeep:

Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies (pens, forms).

Security:

Control access to the office by following safety procedures.
Essential Skills & Qualities

Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills.

Organization:

Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.

Customer Service:

Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude.

Technical:

Proficiency with office equipment (phones, printers, MS Office).
