Job Description

Guest Transactions:

Managing the full check-in and check-out process, including room assignments and issuing keys.

Reservations:

Handling booking inquiries, confirming reservations, and managing cancellations.

Financial Handling:

Processing guest payments, managing billing inquiries, and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts.

Concierge Services:

Providing information on local attractions, making restaurant reservations, and arranging guest transportation.

Revenue Generation:

Upselling room categories and promoting hotel services like spa treatments or dining.
Skills

Communication:

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.

Customer Service:

Friendly, empathetic, professional attitude, handling inquiries.

Organization & Multitasking:

Managing multiple tasks, keeping the area tidy, managing time.

Technical:

Basic computer literacy (WINHMS,MS Office, booking systems).

Soft Skills:

Problem-solving, discretion, dependability, working under pressure, attention to detail.
Education & Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or GED is typically the minimum.

Experience:

Previous experience in reception, front desk, or customer service is valuable.

Training:

May involve learning specific office equipment, software, or hotel/industry-specific procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
