Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage visitor logs, appointments, and meeting room schedules
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor management and scheduling
Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information
Ensure office supplies at the front desk are well-stocked
Follow company policies related to security and visitor access
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
