Job Description

Patient interaction and support:

Greet and assist patients upon arrival. Answer patient inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or in person. Provide comfort and guidance to patients and visitors. Address patient complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism.

Administrative and clerical tasks:

Manage patient registrations and maintain accurate records. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Process billing and insurance claims. Collect payments from patients. Maintain the confidentiality of patient information.

Coordination and communication:

Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care. Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers. Orient new patients to hospital departments and services.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
