Position The Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru is looking for Front Desk Receptionists. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. Front Desk Receptionists welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons\xe2\x80\x99 policies. Requirements

  • High school diploma or Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexibility, punctuality, team work and cleanliness.
  • Ready to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
