Answer and direct incoming calls promptly.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable at all times.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
Support HR with employee documentation and attendance tracking.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
Assist in event coordination and company functions.
