POST- Front desk officer/receptionist/Customer relationship (Corporate Cafeteria)Job location: Gurgaon (Delhi-NCR)Industry: Food & Beverage Industry(Corporate food tech company).Note: The preferred candidates would be from / Hospitality/Corporate hotels/Corporate Cafeteria /Operation//front office /Receptionist /Customer relation management experienceRoles & Responsibilities:
- Attend the visitors.
- Look after all the day to day customers problem.
- To attend the customers queries and ensure the best solutions given to them.
- To develop strong relationship with customers/clients.
- To maintain Proper cafeteria coordination & timely resolutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
- Urgent joiners are preferred.
