We are looking for warm, confident and customer-focused Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our vibrant beachside restaurant. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, organised and memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities -

. Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

. Manage reservations, walk-ins and table assignments efficiently

. Maintain accurate waiting lists and communicate wait times clearly

. Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow

. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials

. Handle guest enquiries and concerns with courtesy and confidence

. Keep the front desk area clean, organized and presentable

. Assist with large groups, events and peak-hour operations

Required Skills & Qualifications -

. High school diploma or equivalent

. Previous experience in hospitality, front desk or customer service is an advantage

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Friendly, well-presented and professional attitude

. Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy service periods

. Basic computer and reservation system knowledge preferred

. Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
