Job Description

-Greeting and Welcoming Patients: Serve as the first point of contact, greeting patients warmly and professionally.

-Answering and Directing Phone Calls: Manage incoming calls, screen them as necessary, and forward calls to the appropriate staff members.

-Managing Appointments: Schedule and manage patients appointment.

-Handling Inquiries: Address questions or concerns from patients and employees, providing information about the organization or directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

-Assisting with Office Security: Ensure patients sign in, wear badges, and comply with company security policies.

-Maintaining the Reception Area: Keep the front desk area tidy and presentable, with all necessary supplies, forms, and materials organized.

-Supporting Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying as required.

-Handling Basic Financial Transactions: Occasionally assist with handling cash, invoices, or payments related to front desk operations if needed.
