Visitor management:

Front desk operations:

Keep the reception area tidy and organized, manage visitor logs, and maintain security by controlling access.

Appointment and scheduling:

Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.

Administrative support:

Handle mail and deliveries, perform data entry, and file documents.

Office upkeep:

Maintain office supplies and operate office equipment like printers and copiers.
