Maintain brand standards across the front desk and studio environment
Oversee guest relations and supervise front office staff professionally
Compile and report front desk performance metrics and statistics
Prepare efficient work schedules for front office staff
Uphold high standards of grooming, conduct, and appearance
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, pre-sales, and target achievement
Prior experience in front office operations preferred
Excellent communication in
English, Hindi, and a regional language
Strong telephone etiquette and client-handling skills
Knowledge of front office and operations management
Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a target-based role
Presentable, professional, and well-groomed
