Welcome and greet visitors/guests in a friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain visitor records and update databases.
Provide information about services, facilities, and directions.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Requirements:
Graduate or diploma in any discipline (Hospitality preferred).
Good communication skills (English & local language).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Pleasant personality and customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
