Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer databases and update records regularly.
Explain products/services to customers and answer their questions.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Report calling activity and outcomes to the supervisor/manager.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales, or customer service role (freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Target-oriented with good persuasion skills.
