Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential and existing customers. Explain products/services and generate

sales leads

. Handle

inbound calls

and resolve customer queries. Maintain customer databases and update records regularly. Follow up with leads and ensure conversion. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Provide accurate information and build strong customer relationships. Report call outcomes and share feedback with the team.

Requirements:

High school diploma/graduate in any field. Prior experience in

telecalling, telesales, or customer service

preferred (freshers may also apply). Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required]. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Persuasive, target-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
