Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/leads from the provided database
Inform customers about products, services, or offers
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Understand customer needs and resolve queries effectively
Maintain and update customer information in the database
Generate interest and schedule appointments or demos (if required)
Keep records of calls and sales notes for future reference
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and confident tone on calls
Prior experience in telecalling/sales/support is a plus (but not mandatory)
