Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat from customers.
  • Provide timely and accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, complaints, and disputes effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Communication:
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
