Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. \xe2\x97\x8f Responding promptly to customer inquiries. \xe2\x97\x8f Communicating with customers through various channels. \xe2\x97\x8f Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. \xe2\x97\x8f Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. \xe2\x97\x8f Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. \xe2\x97\x8f Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. \xe2\x97\x8f Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. \xe2\x97\x8f Managing a team of junior customer service representatives. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
