Main Responsibilities:
1 to 4 years of hands-on knowledge and technical experience of the following
Basic knowledge of switching ( Vlan , spanning 3 )
Basic knowledge of Routing
CCNA trained is preferable & Certification would be an added advantage
Detailed Tasks / Roles: Day to Day Job:
Work as a Day 1 Support Analyst.
Provide support, coordination and collaboration with Infrastructure teams for any IT system
Upgrades, changes and implementations (network services (WAN, WLAN, LAN and Security
Support Network and VOIP infrastructure including management, maintenance and implementation including multiple OEM environments or mid-migration environments
Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)
Additional
Required Skills to Perform the roles & Responsibilities:
Spoken and written fluent French Required
Multi-year experience working in NOC or L1 OR L2 Network support is preferred
Presentation & demo skills, able to engage in client discussions during workshops
Team and action oriented
Proactive in prioritizing own workload
Open to learn in adjacent and emerging technologies platform
Excellent time management
Customer facing role with excellent communication skills
Work Shift (IST): Canadian working hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST)
