Sr. Procurement Manager

Job Title - Procurement Manager

Location - Mumbai (on-Site)

will include:

- Coordinating with Lines / NVOCCs for securing the FAK rates for DRY and Reefer.

- Negotiate named account rates Liaise for free time at origin and destination.

- Maintain cordial relationship with all vendors.

- Consolidation and housekeeping of the rates and free time.

- Manage the spot rate requests Distribution of the filed rates with the internal stake holders.

- Focal point for any rate request received from the sales team.

- Should be able to get rates quotes for additional services line Transporter, Insurance, CHA costing, Inland Costing (Rail) ICDs and other parties to provide to client.

- Coordinate with carrier in case of any booking / Space / Allotment managin.

- Checking for the inventory status from the shipping lines.

- Liaising with clients, foreign counterparts, third parties with regard to shipments which are nominated.
