Freight Broker - Sales / Dispatch (US Logistics)

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and experienced

Freight Broker

to join our US logistics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

freight sales, carrier relations, and dispatch operations

within the

US trucking and logistics industry

. You will play a key role in building relationships with shippers and carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring smooth and efficient freight movement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with

shippers, carriers, and customers

.

Source new business opportunities

and manage existing client accounts.

Negotiate freight rates

with both customers and carriers to ensure profitability.

Coordinate and dispatch loads

, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery. Track shipments, resolve delivery or service issues, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, load details, and communications in the company CRM or TMS. Stay informed about

market trends, carrier capacity, and rate fluctuations

in the US freight market.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

as a Freight Broker, Dispatcher, or Logistics Sales Executive in the

US market

. Established network of

shippers and carriers

is highly preferred. Strong

sales, negotiation, and communication skills

. Experience with

load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)

and CRM/TMS systems. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹17,791.16 - ₹66,136.57 per month
