Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing relevant candidates for assigned requirements using various channels
Screening and sharing suitable profiles as per role requirements
Managing candidates through the internal approval and selection process
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring closures
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freelance or full-time)
Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple roles
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
Support Provided:
Access to job portals and internal candidate database
ATS login credentials
Office laptop and official SIM card (if applicable as per role requirement)
Commercials:
You will be paid 2% of the offered CTC of the candidate who is successfully selected and onboarded
Payment Terms:
Payment will be released only after the recruitment fee is received from the client company
