Your role and goals Productsup is looking for a Freelance Product Content writer who uses the magic wand of words. Your superpowers come into play to complement the product interfaces to convey a meaningful message to the user. You are also the wizard who would be responsible for defining the content design strategy, improving processes, and ensuring consistent voice and tone across all product touch points while being user-centric at the core. You will: Become an expert in our product and audience to write high-engagement content that reflects our brand\'s voice across consumer touch points - both on and off-platform. Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Product, and Design to develop a variety of content marketing materials. These include ads, landing pages , product writing, SEO, social media content, and more. Produce error-free content that adheres to the brand\'s style guidelines Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on delivering high-quality, SEO-optimized content. Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders Create compelling content in simple and powerful language that is impactful and invokes an emotional response to take action Consistently raise the bar on communication content through testing and experimentation. Proficiency in using technical writing tools as well as SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google keyword planner. Execute the Content Calendar by building and delivering on the roadmap set by the management Knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating and maintaining online documentation. What You Bring To The Team Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, Arts or Communication 5 to 7 years of experience in technical content writing with minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS products Strong research skills, written and oral communication You write a copy that is intuitive, future-proof, and scalable. Experience defining and following documentation standards and best practices. Ability to communicate clearly with all project stakeholders. Passion for technology, communication and strong understanding of the industry and organization\'s mission Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
