Job Title: Freelance Business Development Executive
Location : (Work from Home)
Shift : 7 pm to 4 am IST (US EST Timings)
Job description:
Role & responsibilities
1) Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing businesses in US.
2)Interact with clients on daily bases and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.
3) Collaborate with US IT recruitment team.
4) Be accountable for revenue targets / Client relationship management.
5) Building accounts with contract staffing needs and ongoing support.
Plan and execute new marketing initiatives to build the business. Upsell & Cross sell in our existing accounts.
Should be able to build and grow the sales team.
6) Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
7) Manage market research, business research, database building & management, business opportunity analysis, lead generation etc.
8) Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently.
9) Hands-on business development experience in recruitment industry is mandatory
10)Hands-on experience in acquiring US clients from US market for US staffing is mandatory
11)Strategy development, Planning and Reporting
12)Demonstrated and proven sales result
13)Go-getter with a strong passion for Sales/ Business Development
Preferred candidate profile
1) Very good understanding of the business deliverables.
2) Possess over persuasion and negotiation skills
3) Excellent relationship building and networking skills
4) Having Good understanding of IT / Software skills and Technologies.
