Introduction: Responsible for the support and management of both Plastic Fraud Strategy (India Debit Cards) and Non-Plastic Fraud Strategy (Corporate and/or Private Bank) for India and APAC countries which includes UAE Responsible for ensuring that timely fraud awareness and education is delivered to both staff and customers. This includes coverage of current trends, threats and fraud prevention advice to mitigate fraud. To act as a fraud SME within the business and across multiple jurisdictions. What will you be doing Responsible for the support and management of both Plastic Fraud Strategy (India Debit Cards) and Non-Plastic Fraud Strategy (Corporate and/or Private Bank) for India and APAC countries which includes UAE Responsible for ensuring that timely fraud awareness and education is delivered to both staff and customers. This includes coverage of current trends, threats and fraud prevention advice to mitigate fraud. To act as a fraud SME within the business (Corporate and Private Bank) and across multiple jurisdictions Build and develop relationships with Business stakeholders to ensure fraud risks are identified and mitigated whilst balancing fraud losses with customer experience. (NAPA Approvals) Contribute to the development of strategies to combat new risks and ensure delivery against loss forecasts/business appetite. Key point of contact to ensure Fraud Policy & Standards and Fraud Operations are kept fully up to date with latest trends Work closely with other areas as required to ensure controls and any appropriate system enhancements are in line with changes in fraud trends Support with the overall delivery of the fraud strategy for Global fraud management Help manage large ticket fraud incidents to coordinate with Internal // External stakeholders (E.g. Law enforcement / Regulators/ Peer banks) Key point of contact for all Fraud awareness material. Review and evaluate existing approach to Fraud awareness. Deliver changes and improvements as necessary. Support delivery of ad-hoc reports / responses to enquiries, including those which are regulatory related.
