Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, approach, and acquire new franchisees and sub-brokers in targeted regions

Develop and execute regional franchise growth strategies

Conduct meetings, presentations, and business pitches for potential partners

Evaluate partner profiles and ensure alignment with company standards

Work closely with compliance, operations, and marketing teams for smooth onboarding

Meet monthly and quarterly acquisition targets

Desired Profile:



Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field

3-7 years of experience in franchise acquisition, channel development, or B2B sales

Strong network in the broking, mutual funds, or banking industry

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories

Self-starter with a target-oriented mindset
