We are looking for a Franchise Sales Manager for our office in Noida. This is a full-time on-site role. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our franchise network. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential franchise partners, negotiating and closing deals, and providing support to franchisees to ensure their success.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
2+ years of experience in franchising, sales, or business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
