Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on franchise leads.
Conduct virtual & in-person meetings to present the franchise model.
Deliver presentations, handle objections, and guide leads through decision-making.
Evaluate proposed sites (virtual & physical visits).
Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM/Excel reports.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field.
1-3 years of sales or business development experience (franchise sales preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Age: 18-35 years.
