About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Franchise Sales Consultant

to join our Sales team. The role involves identifying potential franchise leads, conducting virtual/physical meetings, delivering engaging presentations, evaluating sites, and closing franchise deals. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional to grow in the franchise industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and follow up on franchise leads. Conduct virtual & in-person meetings to present the franchise model. Deliver presentations, handle objections, and guide leads through decision-making. Evaluate proposed sites (virtual & physical visits). Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM/Excel reports. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:



Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field. 1-3 years of sales or business development experience (franchise sales preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Age: 18-35 years.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
