Job Description
Responsible for recruitment of Franchise in every city in your area |Documentation completion as per company policy eg Booking forms, joining form, agreements etc |,Interview of cleaning team of franchise before training |Ensuring franchise team reach on time in training as per schedule |Daily visit to franchise to identify business prospectus | joint visit wit franchise ,if required |Ensuring smooth functioning of franchise as per company policy | Ensuring booking of cleaning order in system.| Ensuring franchise team is not executing any order without software booking |Timely escalation of any issues ,problems to reporting Manager. |Evaluation of franchise\'s performance month on month and suggest ideas to achieve more. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
