We have 2 roles: 1) You could work with franchise brands and be the corporate sales / b2b sales / inside sales manager who is bringing new brands on the franchisebazar platforms 2) The second role is that of a franchise sales manager who is working closely with entrepreneurs looking at buying new businesses and connecting them to opportunities that match their investments and other requirements. Have you appointed Franchises / Dealers / Distributors / Channel Partners in your previous roles If yes, it is time now that you appoint hundreds of them for some of the most exciting national and international brands expanding in India. You must be aged 25yrs-40 years with 5-15 years of experience in overall franchise sales/channel development experience / inside sales / corporate sales. You must be Very Fluent in English, Hindi & Local Languages and have great telecommunication and interpersonal skills. Knowing other languages apart from this could be useful in the regional expansion of brands. As you already have Inside Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development / Franchise Development and a good track record in generating revenue and achieving your targets, we strongly believe in letting you do things in your own ways. You must have very Fluent English and Hindi and other local languages could be an added advantage as we would with Entrepreneurs across India. We do not believe in just doing, but in excelling in whatever we do. This is what you are gonna love doing. These openings are very suitable for female candidates as well , as it is primarily franchise business development and does not involve too much fieldwork. However, this is about entrepreneurship and you will have to be an entrepreneur at heart, have great verbal presentation, understand different types of businesses and have a consultative selling approach. This will be your role: 1. Manage Key Franchise Brand Accounts Or Onboard New Brands: You will be the franchise account manager for multiple brands that we work closely with and will be in charge of recruiting franchises / dealers / distributors and agents for these brands. You could also opt for inside sales role of bringing new brands on board. You will strategize each client\'s expansion plan to recruit franchisees for them and work closely with our Digital Marketing Teams to get your brands the desired leads and results after they come on board with us using our platforms and offer end to end solutions to clients seeking business expansion and ensure that you achieve customer satisfaction as per FranchiseBazar corporate guidelines. This is focussed purely on Generating Revenue and building a pipeline of successful franchise prospects by proper negotiations, franchise agreements mediations and closing franchise sales. 2. Entrepreneur New Business Consultant - You will work with entrepreneurs who register on FranchiseBazar as their personalized coach and assist them in identifying the brands that could match their requirements and help them buy a business that matches their requirements. 3. Build FranchiseBazar Franchise Network & Manage Franchises and Teams: Select candidates will also build the franchisebazar franchise network, manage franchises, their Business Development Executives / Interns who will all work with a large number of entrepreneurs and help them to filter the right entrepreneurs from the franchise leads they manage. You will have to be able to negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchise and enable the transaction, helping our teams to broker the deals and generate revenue. 4. What you get Initially : CTC: up to Rs 10L P.A . (Depending upon your experience levels) Out of this 40% is Fixed and 60% is Variable based on Performance/Targets Achieved. Once again, this role is purely for candidates who already have done proper franchise sales, master franchising, franchise marketing, franchise consulting, franchise development, Sales Channel Development, Brokerage, Retail Banking, Appointed Dealers Distributors Agents or Built Dealer Networks, recruitment of franchises and appointment of franchise partners. Having a good knowledge of microsoft excel, microsoft word and microsoft powerpoint will also be beneficial. We will not be able to process your application if you do not have a minimum franchising experience of 2 Years.
