We call this the Franchise Development Manager Role - You will represent a few brands and close franchise deals for them and build their franchise channels. You will get inbound leads from our teams and will have to scan entrepreneurs based on their investments, skills, and background and sell them businesses that match their requirements - Effectively you will perform a Business Broker Role. You will broker deals with some of the most exciting emerging brands in India and connect your entrepreneurs with new business opportunities as per their budgets, location, and profile. As you already have Inside Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development / Franchise Development and a good track record in generating revenue and achieving your targets, we strongly believe in letting you do things in your own ways. These openings are very suitable for female candidates as well , as it is primarily franchise business development and do not involve too much fieldwork. However, this is about entrepreneurship and you will have to be an entrepreneur at heart, have a great verbal presentation, understand different types of businesses, and have a consultative selling approach. This will be your role & remuneration : 1. Manage Key Franchise Brand Accounts: You will be the franchise account manager for multiple brands we work closely with and will be in charge of recruiting franchisees/dealers/distributors and agents for these brands. You will strategize each client\'s expansion plan to recruit franchisees for them and work closely with our Digital Marketing Teams to get your brands the desired leads and results after they come on board with us using our platforms and offer end-to-end solutions to clients seeking business expansion and ensure that you achieve customer satisfaction as per FranchiseBazar corporate guidelines. This is focused purely on Generating Revenue and building a pipeline of successful franchise prospects through proper negotiations, franchise agreements mediations, and closing franchise sales. 2. Entrepreneur New Business Broker - You will work with entrepreneurs who register on FranchiseBazar as their personalized coach/business consultant and assist them in identifying the brands that could match their requirements and help them buy a business that matches their requirements. 3. Build FranchiseBazar Franchise Network & Manage Franchises and Teams: Select candidates will also build the franchisebazar franchise network, manage franchises, and their Business Development Executives / Interns who will all work with a large number of entrepreneurs and help them to filter the right entrepreneurs from the franchise leads they manage. You will have to be able to negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchise and enable the transaction, helping our teams to broker the deals and generate revenue. 4. What you get Initially : CTC: up to Rs 10L P.A . (Depending upon your experience levels) Out of this 60% is Fixed and 40% is Variable based on Performance/Targets Achieved. This will be upgraded to Fixed 12LPA + Incentives 4LPA after completion of your Initial probation period and have you met your last 2 quarter targets. We have a fantastic training and support program in place to ensure that committed sales professionals are able to achieve their targets and earn great incentives. 5. Annual Growth Plan: Our annual appraisals for this role are beyond 50% on the base CTC for candidates who have hit their incentives/commissions consistently during their tenure & we will give you terrific growth and a very stable career once you are a deal maker. Once again, this role is purely for candidates who already have done proper franchise sales, master franchising, franchise marketing, franchise consulting, franchise development, Sales Channel Development, Brokerage, Retail Banking, Appointed Dealers Distributors Agents or Built Dealer Networks, recruitment of franchises and appointment of franchise partners. Having a good knowledge of Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, and Microsoft PowerPoint will also be beneficial. We will not be able to process your application if you do not have a minimum franchising experience of 2 Years / or appoint a minimum of 5-10 franchisees/dealers/distributors/agents in your previous role.
