Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide variance analysis and business insights
Partner with business units to deliver performance metrics and KPIs, supporting decision-making at both operational and executive levels
Assist with preparation and presentation of monthly/quarterly reporting packages to leadership, including P&L and cash flow analysis
Collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy and consistency in actuals vs. forecast reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvements in planning and reporting systems; contribute to the implementation of FP&A tools
Location- Pune and Bangalore
