Our client is seeking a driven Founding Account Executive (AE) to accelerate new business growth. This role involves owning the complete sales cycle-from prospecting to closing-while working closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing
Identify and close new logo opportunities across SMB, Mid-Market, and/or Enterprise segments
Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Conduct product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to technical and business stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategy and sales messaging
Accurately forecast revenue and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Capture customer feedback and market insights to inform product development
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive renewals and expansions
- Work directly along with a seasoned founder- Founding AE
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales - closing experience is mandatory
Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets
Strong discovery, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Experience selling to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to work 5 days a week from the office in Bangalore
