About the Role:As Fotello's first Content Marketer (in-person, Gurugram), you'll define our voice and build a high-velocity content engine from the ground up. You'll craft stories that convert - website copy, landing pages, case studies, emails, and social, while partnering closely with founders, performance marketing, design, product, and customer success.Responsibilities:- Own the content calendar across the funnel: TOFU education, MOFU case studies, BOFU landing pages, and lifecycle emails.- Write and ship conversion-grade assets: homepage/LP copy, comparison pages, objection-handling sections, onboarding and re-activation emails.- Turn customer interviews into crisp case studies and proofs - quotes, metrics, before/after visuals.- Collaborate with performance to produce ad- LP pairs; iterate based on data (CTR, CVR, CPA, activation).- Lead basic SEO: intent research, briefs, internal linking, and measurement via Search Console/GA4.- Partner with product on feature launches-naming, messaging, release notes, and GTM content.Qualifications:- 2-5 years in B2B SaaS content or product marketing with a strong IC (hands-on) track record.- Fluency across formats: web copy, emails, blogs/guides, social posts; comfort editing for clarity and flow.- Conversion mindset: you write to move metrics, not just fill calendars.- Research chops: customer interviews, founder knowledge extraction, objection handling.- Working knowledge of GA4, Search Console, and a CRM/marketing tool (HubSpot/Customer.io).- Excellent written English; crisp structure and a bias for specifics over adjectives.
