Job Title: Communication Manager - Foreign Client Liaison Location: Chandigarh Department: Client Relations Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Communication Agent to join our Client Relations team. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our foreign clients, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction and successful collaboration. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main communication link between the company and foreign clients, ensuring that client inquiries, requests, and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign clients, understanding their needs and expectations to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and technical teams to relay client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Communication Facilitation: Translate complex information and technical details into clear, understandable language for clients. Facilitate meetings, calls, and virtual conferences to ensure seamless communication.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage client documentation, including contracts, proposals, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural awareness and adaptability in all client interactions, respecting diverse backgrounds and communication styles.
  • Feedback Management: Gather and relay client feedback to relevant departments to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues and work with internal teams to resolve them before they escalate, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and provide regular reports on communication activities, client feedback, and satisfaction levels.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree / Masters Degree in relevant field Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in client relations, communication, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on foreign clients. Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages, especially those relevant to key client regions, are highly desirable. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts and communications simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, communication tools, and virtual meeting platforms. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types:
