on the production floor.
Conduct
internal audits
, hygiene inspections, and risk assessments regularly.
Manage food safety documentation as per
FSSAI Compliance
and audit requirements.
Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure food safety standards are upheld.
Train staff on food safety practices and hygiene protocols.
Handle
FSSAI licensing and renewal processes
and ensure timely submission of forms and reports.
Investigate and report on food safety incidents or non-conformities and take corrective actions.
Prepare for and support during third-party and statutory inspections/audits.
