Conduct HACCP and GMP practices throughout processing.
Process Optimization
Standardize production procedures for large-scale manufacturing.
Identify process improvements to reduce cost, wastage, and time.
Research & Analysis
Study raw materials, additives, preservatives, and functional ingredients.
Maintain detailed records of test results, batch sheets, and formulations.
Analyse food trends and innovations for product enhancement.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure labels, nutritional facts, and claims meet legal requirements.
Prepare documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory submissions.
Cross-Team Coordination
Coordinate with production, QC, procurement, and marketing teams.
Train staff on new procedures, recipes, and quality standards.
