Qualification: High school Diploma or equivalent?

Experience: 2+ Years???

Roles and Responsibilities:??

Serving food and drinks: This includes serving food in a timely manner and ensuring that meals are served with the appropriate condiments, sauces, and side dishes.

Maintaining information regarding customer preferences.

Keeping customers happy and handling complaints.

Attending to customers upon entrance.

Hand out menus and explain menu items and specials.

Ensure that all meals are served with the appropriate condiments, sauces, and side dishes.?

To create menus that appeal to customers and are financially viable.

To identify underperforming areas and make recommendations to improve F&B operations.
