Exp: 4-6 Years Food /Hotel Sector- Sales/Operations | Sal : 25-35 | Local to BLR, Fluent Kannada, knows food providers | Location : South BLR

- Food Vendor Management | Supply Chain Management
- Build, lead and manage different food vendor
- Build, lead and manage a team of Operation & Sales team
- Manage Sales Executives who target FMCG sector, as Hospitals, Big Apartments, Public Sector viz Railway, Airport, Bus Corp etc.
- Train & mentor team members on required skills, product knowledge & Customer Service
- Monitor and evaluate performance of team and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the FMCG sector and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Expectations
- Previous experience as a Operation and Sales Manager or a similar role in the FMCG Hotel industry, preferably with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams
- Certification from Food/Hotel Management will be PLUS
- Strong network and contacts in the FMCG sector, especially in the target segments mentioned above
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to meet customers and generate sales
