Supervise daily operations in restaurant, room service, banquets, and bar
Ensure smooth service and maintain high guest satisfaction levels
Allocate staff duties and manage shift rosters
Train and mentor F&B service team members
Inspect outlets for cleanliness, setup, table arrangements, and service readiness
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for timely service
Monitor guest feedback and handle complaints professionally
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Support management in achieving upselling targets and revenue goals
Assist in inventory checks, requisitions, and stock handling
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and handovers
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred
2-4 years of F&B experience; at least 1 year supervisory experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team-handling abilities
Good knowledge of service standards, POS systems, and dining etiquette
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
