The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for ensuring high-quality service in restaurants, banquets, and other food outlets by delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and supporting daily F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of restaurant, banquet, and room service areas
Provide courteous, prompt, and professional service to guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve as per hotel standards
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per FSSAI and hotel SOPs
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests efficiently
Assist in banquet setup, service, and closing procedures
Upsell food and beverage items to increase revenue
Ensure proper use and maintenance of F&B equipment
Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times
Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic billing/POS knowledge preferred
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum: 10+2 / Hotel Management Diploma preferred
Experience: 1-3 years in hotel or restaurant F&B service (freshers may be considered)
Knowledge of hospitality service standards is an advantage
