Job Description

A Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor manages daily restaurant,

hotel dining operations, focusing on staff leadership, exceptional customer service, quality control, and inventory management to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction while adhering to hygiene standards.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff; resolve conflicts.

Customer Service:

Engage guests, handle complaints, ensure satisfaction, and resolve issues quickly.

Operations:

Oversee daily flow, monitor opening/closing, manage inventory, and control costs.

Quality Control:

Inspect food/beverage quality, presentation, and service delivery.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Coordination:

Act as a liaison between kitchen and service staff for timely order
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
