Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our F&B department. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, efficient staff performance, and smooth execution of all food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of the F&B staff (waiters, bartenders, hosts, etc.)
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
Oversee cleanliness, setup, and preparation of dining and service areas
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation
Assist in training and onboarding new staff
Enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborate with the kitchen and management for smooth service flow
Maintain daily shift reports and update management on operational issues
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field
Prior experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and guest interaction abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
