As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the food and beverage department, managing staff, creating service standards, ensuring quality food service, and providing excellent customer service. This role is located in Karnataka, India. Qualifications Supervisory Skills, including the ability to manage and motivate staff Strong Service Standards, ensuring quality service is provided to customers and guests Food Service knowledge, including menu planning and preparation Excellent Customer Service skills, providing guests with a memorable experience Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written communication Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor\'s Degree in Hotel Management or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Food and Beverage industry Good organizational and planning skills Multi-lingual proficiency is a plus
